Del Lago casino sold to Churchill Downs as NY's mobile sports betting plows ahead. Amid skyrocketing revenues from the mobile sports betting in New York, a Kentucky-based company announced Tuesday that it had acquired del Lago Resort and Casino in Seneca County.

SCHENECTADY  The state Gaming Commission on Thursday unanimously approved a casino license for Churchill Downs, the Kentucky-based company that earlier this year purchased the del Lago casino in Central New York as part of a larger buyout of another gaming company.
